Who I am
Sonic-Deelight:
Born in Bonn in 1978, I developed a deep fascination with electronic music as early as 1987. Even as a teenager, I was able to delight my friends and audiences with my own music productions, which I initially created on a Commodore Amiga 500 and presented live at local parties.
Formative influences such as "RPR Maximal" and "The Steve Mason Experience" shaped my sound, which I was able to continuously refine until 1996.
After a study and career-related break, I returned to electronic music in 2008 with full creative energy. Several of my productions, including "Life is a Wonder" and "A Better World," were broadcast as radio premieres on Europe's largest electronic music radio station, SUNSHINE-LIVE. "One Day I Believe" was included in the renowned TECTONES X MEGAMIX 2008 Vol. IV, and "Life is a Wonder (Acapulco Club Mix)" even reached number 1 in the UPTRAX annual charts in 2009.
During this time, I was also active as a sought-after DJ, playing in renowned clubs and at festivals like NATURE ONE.
After reaching this milestone and a radio silence of about 15 years (career change, house, wife, kids, but no dog), I'm now ready for a comeback. Because my passion for electronic dance music is undiminished!

Geboren im Jahr 1978 in Bonn, entwickelte ich bereits 1987 meine tiefe Faszination für elektronische Musik. Schon als Teenager konnte ich meine Freunde und Publikum mit eigenen Musikproduktionen begeistern, die zunächst noch auf einem Commodore Amiga 500 entstanden und live auf lokalen Partys präsentiert wurden. Prägende Einflüsse wie "RPR Maximal" und "The Steve Mason Experience" formten meinen Sound, den ich bis 1996 kontinuierlich verfeinern konnte.
Nach einer studien- und berufsbedingten Pause kehrte ich 2008 mit voller Schaffenskraft zur elektronischen Musik zurück. Mehrere meiner Produktionen, darunter "Life is a Wonder" und "A better world", wurden auf Europas größtem Radiosender für elektronische Musik SUNSHINE-LIVE als Radiopremieren ausgestrahlt. "One Day I Believe" fand seinen Platz im renommierten TECTONES X MEGAMIX 2008 Vol. IV, und "Life is a Wonder (Acapulco Club Mix)" erreichte 2009 sogar Platz 1 der UPTRAX-Jahrescharts.
In dieser Zeit war ich auch als gefragter DJ aktiv und spielte in namhaften Clubs sowie auf Festivals wie der NATURE ONE.
Nach Erreichen dieses Meilensteins und einer rund 15-jährigen "Funkstille" (Berufswechsel, Haus, Frau, Kinder, aber ohne Hund) bin ich nun bereit für ein Comeback. Denn meine Leidenschaft für elektronische Tanzmusik ist ungebrochen!
